Terms of use

These terms apply to claimbao.com and to your contact with ClaimBao (“we”) before a deal. By using the site, you accept them.

What ClaimBao does

We buy bankruptcy claims, mainly FTX claims, from creditors, including creditors in countries where the estate can’t pay them. ClaimBao is not affiliated with FTX, the FTX Recovery Trust, Kroll, Terraform Labs or Celsius.

A quote is not an offer

Any price we give on the site, in a chat or by email is indicative and doesn’t bind you or us. A purchase happens only when both sides sign a claim purchase agreement, and it depends on the checks below. We may decline any request without giving a reason.

Who can sell to us

• You are at least 18 and can enter into a contract.
• The claim is yours, or you have the right to sell it.
• You pass identity (KYC), anti-money-laundering and sanctions checks. We don’t deal with sanctioned persons or make deals that would break sanctions law.

Information on the site

We describe FTX dates, deadlines and procedures from public sources and link to them. Things change: the estate’s official notices and the court record always prevail over our pages. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice; consider independent advice before you sell.

Please send us accurate information. How we handle it is described in our Privacy policy.

Our official channels

We only use Telegram @claimbao, WeChat claimbao and [email protected]. We never write first, never ask for your FTX password, 2FA codes, seed phrases or private keys, and never ask for fees in advance. If someone does this in our name, it isn’t us: please tell us.

Names, logos and content

The FTX, Terra, LUNA, Celsius and Telegram names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the claims we buy and how to reach us. The rest of the site, including the Bao character, belongs to ClaimBao.

Links to other sites

We link to the FTX support site, court documents, news and messengers. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.

Liability

We provide the site as it is and do our best to keep it accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or relying on its information. In a sale, each side’s obligations are set by the purchase agreement.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
